Sometimes the hardest part of planning your wedding is figuring out where to start.  With our Something Old, Something New package, we will sit with you and guide you through finding your vision, creating a time line and listing recommended vendors.  This is perfect for the couple that wants to plan everything but just wants someone to talk the plan out before starting on the adventure of planning.  This package includes a four (4) hour planning session, divided in hour increments.  This package starts at $350.

It is hard to be in multiple places at one time, especially on your wedding day! Let us assist you on this day and make sure your wedding is flawless.  We will take care of your family, greet vendors and ensure all of their needs are met, ensure that every detail is covered.  This package includes six (6) hours of wedding day coverage, plus rehearsal day coordination. Additional services such as vendor confirmation and rehearsal dinner planning are available.  This package starts at $600.

We know it can be overwhelming and time-consuming.  We will work with your timelines and budgets to ensure your wedding day is a reflection of the two of you.  We will help you with the fundamentals for planning your perfect event.  This is the perfect package for someone who has a hectic schedule or can become easily overwhelmed with planning. Hyacinth Blue will assist in the entire planning process beginning with innovative concepts to managing onsite activities throughout the event.  Hyacinth Blue works with you at any stage of the planning process; whether you have been planning this all of your life or just started thinking of your wedding we can assist you in your planning needs.  This package starts at $2,000.

Whether it be a cabin in the woods, a secluded beach, crazy and wild city or an exotic destination,  we are able to assist.  We will take the stress out of finding the perfect place and all details needed to make this the event of your dreams.  We are available to travel with you for day of coordination if needed.
